The room is attached to the main house and shares a wall with the garage and the main house backyard. The room does have a private small patio, perfect for a small outdoor seating set up. Room is available for one person only, sorry no pets. Street parking, no main house access. The main house does have dogs on the premises, if you are sensitive to dogs or dog noises this may not be a good fit for you. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to 125 freeway and walking distance to Otay Ranch Center. Required first month rent, $1250 plus $550 deposit. Minimum credit score of 675 and proof of income to cover two times rent. Available Feb 2nd, 2024 RENT: $1,100 + $150 for utilities

Main house is occupied by a single mom with a teenager. No main house access or shared spaces. This is an independent studio with private entrance and private space. The main house does have 3 dogs on site, dog lovers preferred. This space is for one person only, no smoking, or drugs please.
