Ideal for one quiet, mature adult (no dogs) or possibly 2 adults for 2 rooms. Health-oriented a big plus. Must have strong financials, good credit, first month’s rent and security deposit. Some work exchange considered for small part of rent (office help, computer saavy, gardening, permaculture, animal care, personal trainer, handyman, healthy cook, good organizer or cleaner).

I am a retired woman who enjoys gardening and enjoying a beautiful sunset from the terrace.
