Upscale apartment in heart of downtown Greenville with amenities. I have photos to show it’s very thoroughly cleaned out at the moment but I can’t see where to upload them. I am not allowed to sublet even though I have moved out but I am allowed to add a roommate if they pass checks with the front office. I will pay your application fee and half of rent (880) until lease ends around 03/19/24. if you don’t want to rely on visitor parking which fills up and is not reliable if you have a car really it’s an additional $60 to park in tiny garage spaces. The pet fee is something I don’t pay now also so if you have a pet you will have to cover that as well. If you want to renew the lease with only you on it you have to tell front office by sometime mid January and rent will probably go to around 1695 depending on lease terms you choose since that is what they are currently quoting me. At that point you’ll have to start covering your own utilities as well since I want out of the lease
