West 31st Street

I have a spot in the downtown Savannah area just at the edge of the historic district by Forsyth Park. The rental is fully furnished and I’m looking to find roommates. It is in a duplexed home and takes up the second and third story. There are two bedrooms on the third story that share a full bath and share a sitting room space between the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath, a big laundry room/pantry room, living room, dining room, and a big beautiful kitchen with a coffee bar setup. A bonus room is currently set up as a workout space for fitness or meditation. The place is massive with high ceilings, private parking, a wrap around porch and an enclosed side yard with a patio sitting area and hammock. A short walk to local bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a less than five minute walk to Forsyth Park make this place settled in a fun neighborhood. Right now it’s just me in this giant space. I hope to fill the spot soon.

There’s just me living in the space at the moment. I work downtown at one of the fine dinning restaurants where I bartend and manage. I’m mostly out of the house most of the time, I like to keep a clean and tidy home and my main hobby is keeping up with my garden.
