Furnished Master Bedroom in a 8th floor corner condo with your own en-suite bathroom, access to all common areas and shared pots, pans, appliances. Building is right next door to a shopping center including a Giant, LA Fitness, ABC Store, Ross, Total Wine, etc., 8 minute drive to a Trader Joe’s, 15 minute drive to DC, 10 minute drive to Old Town Alexandria, a metro bus stop right in front of building (not a main stop, closest is Pentagon)
About the roomies
(Landlord is posting but there is one current tenant) Maddy just wants someone who understands mutual respect in a home and would also be down to become friends! No pets is preferred since there’s already one cat occupying the space!
About Maddy: I’m 22 (23 on Aug 17th🥳), an extrovert (but I’ll typically be in my room recharging right after work), pescatarian, lover of karaoke, dancing, and down to explore new things around the city!
