This a 4 bedroom. The restroom would be shared with one other person. Roomates would have access to kitchen and laundry living room. $950 for single person and $1000 for couple. Room is unfurnished but I can accommodate with a bed a dresser and a TV if needed.
I live with my son and our pets. We both work long hours when I have a day off I’m usually caring for my father who has dementia. Prefer non heavy drinkers. No drug users. Can bring small pets or well trained. I’m looking for drama free tenants who can follow contract and house rules and be mindful of others and can get along with others. I think my son and I are easy going love pets and just want to live peacefully. I know life is hard now a days and many places won’t allow pets but I’m all for roommates with pets because I know how they can help with the stresses of life.
