This a 4 bedroom. The restroom would be shared with one other person. Roomates would have access to kitchen and laundry living room. Room is furnished with a new full size mattress . Furniture’s fairly new and can be utilized unless you want to bring your own.
I live with my son and our pets. We both work long hours when I have a day off I’m usually caring for my father who has dementia. Prefer non heavy drinkers. Can bring small pets or well trained.
