ISO a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath in Allendale at Loft 45. Lease is up in May of 2024 looking for someone to move in early January. Base rent is $1271/month, I feel that 600/month for a roommate is fair. Utilities are separate and run on average around 150/month and would be split evenly between. I do have a dog that is reactive and does take time to adjust so I would prefer a roommate with no pets. Looking for someone in similar age. I work as a software engineer full time from home.
