This is a bi-level lofted apartment in a in the heart of Society Hill. In addition to the available furnished bedroom there is a shared bath, living room, balcony, and kitchen. There is also a lofted floor that currently holds the exercise equipment, and extra desk and table space to get work done. Washer and dryer in unit and security system included. The apartment is right around the corner from a grocery store, gym and parking lot. A ten-minute walk in any direction will get you to the Liberty Bell, Old City, Washington Square, South Street, the Delaware River Waterfront, etc. There are endless coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants & much more nearby as well. The Market Frankford line and the Navy Yard Shuttle are only a few minutes away and there are multiple bus options nearby. 25 minutes to UPenn Hospital and close to Jefferson Hospital.

Please note that you would need to officially be added to the lease. The landlord will have to run a security and background check before you are added to the apartment lease.
