About the room
Room available starting January 1st in a 3bd 2ba house near heavenly! The room is downstairs with a shared bathroom and additional living room. We are both 30yr seeking an easy going, like minded individual to join our lease that goes until July 2024. Rent is $1,000 per month plus utilities. (Owner won’t allow pets and the room is for a single occupant)
Applicant will have to fill out an application with the leasing office as well as a security deposit of $1,666.
About the roomies
We each enjoy the outdoors. We’re not a party house. Ryan and I like to come home and relax in a peaceful home. Also love cooking, baking, and snowboarding.
