Shared common areas: kitchen, family room, small yard, laundry. Must love animals as we have 2 dogs and a cat already, so unfortunately we cannot accept more pets. Close to freeways, public transportation, shopping, gym, walking & biking trail. No smoking, no drugs. No couples or 2 people as the room is not big enough for 2. Room can be furnished for $900.
