Kerrin's room

It is currently furnished with a full size bed/mattress/box spring one window with lots of natural light as well as a t.v (will need to have your own streaming services, we have WiFi that you will halp pay for but we do NOT have cable) there is a closet and a dresser but 1/2 of the drawer fronts came off so if u have one by all means you can bring it. Laundry is in the basement and we can talk about sharing the water/hot water/electric/gas bills. We have a big fridge as well as a dishwasher your welcome to use and we are getting a new stover because ours just broke BUT your more than welcome to our air fryer, microwave and toaster and when we get a new stove you can use that as well.

Me and my husband live here, and you would be staying in our son’s old room. My husband works and will be going back to work after the New Year and I am a stay at home wife now but plan to get a small job after I am finished with my dental work. I still have a deep clean n purge to do to the room but am putting it off to see if we can rent it out 1st.
