The location is in daly city right behind mission plaza and two blocks from jefferson high school.
15min walk from Daly City Bart. Sf state 15 min drive. Sf state bus will pick up from DC bart and drop off in front of SF State if needed. Sf Downtown 20 min drive or 25/30 min bart ride
Shops near by less than 10 min drive
2 different Trader joes’, safeway, 3 different targets, Serramonte shopping mall, jamba juice, 2 different starbucks’, crunch fitness, 2 different ross’, Dave n busters, daiso, Chick fil a, michaels, home depot, 2 different pandas express’, cotsco, walgreens, lucky and more.
Amenities are backyard with in ground fire pit, basement, an amazing view, washer, dryer, Dishwasher, And more that are listed below. There is parking available. All appliances and fully furnished through out the house. Room is not fully furnished.
Each person would pay about 1100 to 1250 with utilities. Please be financially stable. Be a working individual with a good head on your shoulders. Utilities run anywhere between $50 and $150 per month per person. Utilities include water, garbage, PG&E, And wifi is $20 a month per person.
No cats. Dogs are okay as long as they are a house trained. Please be okay with dogs yourself.
