I’m a new homeowner and considering a roommate if it’s the right fit. The house is 2,150 square feet, three bedroom, two and a half baths, with an attached two car garage. There is a patio on the back and the yard is about 11,000 square feet. The property is across the street from a conservancy lot, which leads into the state forest, near Fountain Place. I purchased the home because of the access to the outdoors.

I’m wrapping up some renovations in the next few weeks. They include new floors, tile and paint throughout the house. There maybe some lingering projects throughout the winter, hopefully that is not an inconvenience.

I’ll post photos soon, the bedrooms are currently being painted.

I may be negotiable on price.

I’m a professional that works from home, however I travel for five to ten days per month. I enjoy the outdoors, skiing, snowmobiling, etcetera. I’m clean, and easy going. I’m seeking a roommate that will enjoy and at the same time respect the house.

There is a guest room we can coordinate guests.
