The bedroom has a bed, drawers, desk, chair, and door lock. House & kitchen are furnished with washer and dryer inside house. Parking is available. Community pool close by.

Located just 3 miles from UCF. 15-minute bike ride to UCF. 10 minute car ride. Not on bus route.

Shared bathroom will be with a graduate male student.

No drugs, smoking or parties. No pets due to allergies.

Must be clean and responsible and pass a background check.

Trucks are not allowed per HOA rules.
