This shared rental space is located steps away from the Metra line making getting to Chicago an easy trip! The bedroom for rent is fully furnished with a king size bed and a large executive desk. It also features a long four -door lighted closet, blackout and soundproof drapes and an Amazon Firestick in lieu of cable. The communal areas include a shared full and half bath, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room and raised patio with a fireplace and grill. Utility expenses are included in rental price. The security deposit is 1 month rent due upon move in. At this time we are looking for 1 individual to move in now through January 2026.

We are a couple who have lived with roommates of varying personality types, both introverts and extroverts. We’re happy to meet you at your level of privacy and personal time. We are chill, clean, considerate, more quiet but also enjoy socializing some nights!
