Looking for 2 Roommates for a 3 bedroom apartment right in between Durham & Chapel Hill! Bedrooms are $700 each, plus utilities. We’re aiming to move in by early January, but we are pretty flexible for a start date. We would prefer someone who plans on staying at least for 6 months, but we just request 60 day notice before leaving. Must be okay with living with 2 cats and a dog. Each person will have private room, but will be sharing a bathroom.
