Please read through - female tenants only Hello! We are looking for a tenant to fill a SHARED bedroom with a shared bathroom. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath apartment. You would be sharing the master bedroom with Noelle! She’s a super sweet and is working part time and also goes to school! The bedroom comes with a deep closet and the apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen. Also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a big balcony. The balcony leading out is 131 sq ft and comes with a spacious storage closet attached to it. There will be one animal living here (small dog) so no other pets are allowed. A deposit is required of $800. Rent is $712.50 a month utilities are not included. You will also get a parking spot for FREE in the garage!! The apartment also includes a convenient washer/dryer and big kitchen sink. Everything in our apartment has new stainless steel appliances. It is on the second level however it has a beautiful view of Escondido. The complex also comes with a pool, jacuzzi and BBQ/grill area. The location of the apartment is very convenient- about 10 mins away from freeway and 5 minutes from grocery stores. An online application process is required and you will need a credit score of 600 or more.
