3 bedroom 2 bath. My spare room currently has 2 beds in it so you could choose your favorite and we can get rid of the other. The main bathroom would be yours unless we have guests over they would use that too. I have 2 large dogs so you have to like dogs. You’d have full living privileges including using kitchen and laundry.

I am a 46 yr old female. When I’m not at work I’m home. I like living by myself but could use extra money and have a spare room as well as I could use a little extra help around the house so if you like cleaning/ maintenance or upkeep I would reduce the rent for chores done.
