The house is a 3 bed/2 bath. The available room is a master suite with it’s own bathroom, multiple windows, and a double-door closet. The property has a spacious front yard and fenced backyard with a large additional storage shed.

I, Heather, am the landlord (living in Salida, CO), and am posting on behalf of the current tenant. Jordan is in his early 30s, a wonderful human, highschool teacher, and history buff. He likes watching tv, supporting his students football team as coach, and taking care of his parents. I myself lived with Jordan for a few years and found it an enjoyable and easy experience. The current roommate will be full moved out by the 15th, however you can move into the 3rd bedroom as of the 1st until she is gone. You will only pay for a pro-rated time in January. Rent and deposit are still due before move-in. No more than 2 people will be allowed to live on the property. Friendly, well-behaved, potty-trained dogs and cats are welcome with an additional $500 deposit. Jordan’s dog Tank is a very friendly, cuddly, animal-loving dog.
