Kristina's room

Four bedroom house, rented to an outside landlord, one room available for rent with private entrance and an additional room for storage if needed.

I am a 38 year old female, I have a 12 year old daughter that lives with me full time. We own a Yorkie who is 3 years old and very friendly. There is another roommate, male, who lives in the room in the basement. Him and I both work nights, I am training to be a police officer and am currently an armed security Officer. I do have a gun, but it is kept in my room with me at all times.
