Trina's room

I am looking for a quiet and mature individual to share my large, non-smoking home in a nice and convenient location. The room is an extra large, private room with walk-in closet.

The home is a split-level, with a shareable kitchen, living area and bathroom upstairs, and a shareable bathroom, laundry room and living area downstairs on the same level as room for rent.

There is a fenced-in back yard and a dog may be considered, dependent upon temperament and training. Street parking is available for one vehicle.

Length of lease and deposits are negotiable. Utilities, including fiber internet, are included in the rent. Background and credit checks will be required with application. I would want to meet in person to discuss the terms prior to accepting your application.

I currently have a tenant, but will provide photos and room measurements once they vacate the space.

There are two other non-smokers living in the home. Myself, the home owner, who works Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30 and am gone most weekends. My adult son, who has a room downstairs, across the hall from the room for rent is home most of the time, but very quiet with no visitors. The third resident is a very cute, sweet and mellow dog with goofy ears and good manners.
