Room for rent in a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment at Appalachian South properties. Washer and dryer included in-unit, furnished living room and bedroom (although would happily redecorate and bedroom can be unfurnished lol!) and roughly a five-minute walk from campus. I will likely be studying abroad for a semester next fall (still covering my portion of the rent), so the potential tenant must be okay with living alone.
