About the room
The Palms at Mesa, townhome community is situated just off the 60 and Country Club. In a beautiful GATED townhome community with wonderful onsite security. Ideal distance to places like Tempe, downtown Gilbert, downtown Chandler and Old town Scottsdale. There are 4 bedrooms all of which are located on the 2nd floor minimizing exposure to kitchen and living room noise. You will have a private bedroom with a private bathroom. This room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. The 4th room is an office/guest room and will not be rented. There is plenty of pantry and fridge space and I have an extra fridge and deep freezer in the garage to make the sharing of space very comfortable.
About the roomies
There are currently two roommates; 1 male who is 37 and his fiancé who is 34. Both have normal work schedules and are very easy going.
