Me: I am a quiet introvert, a busy professional, and a lifelong learner. I am seeking a person who enjoys exceptional peace and tranquility at home. When I am home, I spend 90% of my time in my bedroom, as I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading books, and watching documentaries that inform my academic and career goals. I rarely, or never, have visitors. I have a ten-year-old, well-groomed, and gently mannered Yorkie Terrier. She is well-trained, and her demeanor offers emotional support; however, most often, she is in my bedroom whenever I am.
You: You will have free rein in the apartment space and a private bathroom and bedroom. Here, you can enjoy a private, rarely used sleeper sofa, a small television with cable, Netflix, and Prime with additional streaming apps, and a small closet sleeping area w solely dedicated to you.
We: Our shared space will include the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a cozy balcony that faces a beautiful wooded area. This cutely decorated outdoor space is charming for enjoying your morning or evening beverage and finding your zen.
Parking is plentiful, and you will have 24-hour access to an on-site gym facility, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, well-kept tennis courts, and a newly constructed basketball court. My apartment community offers excellent access to the best stores, and the wineries are located conveniently.
