10x12 spare bedroom, tucked away at the far end of the house with own bathroom just down the hall. The room is partially furnished with new queen-size bed and memory foam mattress, as well as nightstand. There is a good-sized backyard with finished and shaded patio, as well as grass. We love the neighborhood as well, and the neighbors keep an eye out for each other.

We are a fairly young, sober, engaged couple in a clean and loving home. We have two big goofy dogs (one lab and one lab mix) and will have baby gates up to keep them out of the renter’s space if desired. Both are very sweet. We are both very communicative and easy-going, but do have a few hard and fast rules, mainly regarding substance and alcohol use.
