Seeking a roommate to move in January 1st 2024. Clean, organized, peaceful. No deposit but it’s $800 a month and $800 last month. There’s a full fize bed in the room available. No guest staying the night, but responsible guest welcome to visit. This is a single occupant room. Im ok with 420 smoking within reason, but no cigarette smoking inside or near the apartment.
