Avenue of the Groves

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to live with us in February 2024 because our housing agency has decided not to renew our lease in order to renovations on the apartment we’re currently living in. However, they are letting us transfer to one of the newly renovated apartments within the complex.

Important Housing Info: Our community is about 7 minutes from Magic Kingdom cast parking and 25 minutes from Universal. The rent will be about $820-$860 per person (depending on the apartment we’re able to get) which doesn’t include utilities. This place that we’re moving into is a 3/2 and you will be sharing a bathroom with my male roommate. As this is a transfer, all we need to do is pay a $250 hold fee for the apartment which will be refunded and put to the first month of rent, provide our pay stubs in some capacity, and fill out the transfer form. You will need to pay a $99 application fee and $75 lease adjustment fee (this is something we all had to do when we joined the lease) Did I mention that our community is doing a deal where if we transfer then our first month’s rent will be half off?

The community is absolutely beautiful with a kind staff, quick maintenance staff, beautiful grounds, and located in a great area with lots of restaurants and things to do.

I’m Samantha, 24 years old, she/her pronouns. I love theme parks, Dungeons & Dragons, watching tv, reading, board games, musicals, and cosplaying. I currently work for an event technology company called Encore that’s based at the Disney resorts, specifically Coronado Springs. I have a cat named Matilda who’s my ESA and an absolute princess that’s very skittish but affectionate once she gets to know you. She’s pretty good around other cats but has never interacted with dogs so preferably no dogs. Our community does charge pet rent so that’s something to keep in mind as well.

My roommate is Andrew Caudle, 26 years old, he/him pronouns. He loves nature, theme parks, board games, watching sports, outdoorsy activities, creating board games and business plans, and talking about city infrastructure. He’s currently going to UCF for a city planning degree and is originally from Sacramento, California but came here for DCP.
