More about the place:

Parking: one spot in gated parking lot included.

Laundry: private laundry in basement (only for our unit).

Metro: for folks who don’t drive the Chinatown Gold Line stop is a 12 minute walk and Sunset Blvd buses are a 15 minute walk.

Utilities: included! Internet, gas, water, trash, and electricity.

First months rent + security deposit due up front.

Pets: no other pets, sorry.

Lease terms: month to month and ideally someone who wants to stick around for a while and make home.

Cleaning: everyone keeps tidy and cleans up after themselves. We have a professional cleaner come once a month to do the floors, bathroom, etc. in the common spaces and bedrooms.

Rent is due a WEEK before the first of the month.

The building is only 4 units. Our apartment is on the lower level. The street is quiet even tho it’s close to the 110 (no trucks on the 110!). 5-10 min walk to Chinatown for coffee, restaurants, and bars. 15-20 minute walk to sunset for the same.

Some more preferences:

• No late night parties here.
• No hard drugs (heroin, meth, coke).
• No excessive visitors (we love your loves but can’t swing another roommate).

Living room is furnished with big comfy sofa. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots pans and cooking / cleaning essentials you’d need. Roommates are totally welcome to add to the space in any way that makes it feel like home.
