Looking for a responsible Female roommate for a spare bedroom I have available in a luxury high rise in Downtown Miami. Rent price includes water, electric and wifi. I have a second bedroom $1,550 or master bedroom $1,800 available. You will have your own bathroom. Rooms are furnished with a working desk. Big gym, a pool, cafe/groceries in the building. Location and price is honestly great!! Area is walking distance from Publix, CVS, Bayside, metro mover, Brickell and Brightline. Parking spot available for an extra $110 a month. Pets are fine as long as it is a cat. Looking for someone stable at least 5 months, or long term I can trust. I work M-F, 3 days in the office. Room available beginning February.
