• Bedroom is 12ft x 12ft, with a big window, located in the front of the unit
• Shared bathroom
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Community gym, 2 swimming pools, pickle ball court
• Complex opens up to golf course
• Safe and beautiful neighborhood, gated community
• Close to the 101 highway

There will be 3 other roommates: one couple (male 24 y/o and female 22 y/o) and one other individual (female 23 y/o). The 2 females are sisters. Two are students (1 set to graduate soon), and one working full time.

They are all great and awesome. Clean, respectful, chill. They are not home too often, but do like to use the common room to watch shows, cook, eat, and hang out. Once in a while, they will have friends over, and they are friendly and respectful too.
