House has two tenants, both go to Embry Riddle, both very quiet and mostly come home to sleep, study and or play video games. Looking for quiet, down to earth, no drama, clean up after yourself type people. The place is clean and tidy and everyone cleans up after themselves. Vacuum, cleaning supplies and mops are all provided to keep the common area and rooms clean.

The house has washer, dryer for clothes, has full kitchen for you to use at your convenience, plenty of food storage space in fridge and pantry. Comes with pots, pans, silverware and dishes to use as you wish. Double door closet in master bedroom for plenty of clothes/storage. No pets allowed.

Looking for $1000 a month all included. At move in, you will need, first, last and security. Security being $250. That comes to a total of $2250 upon move in. I need proof of income of the last few months.
