It’s a spacious 6 bedroom 4600 sqft home in gated North Scottsdale community. Laid-back luxury that feels welcoming not stuffy– and we’d love for it to feel like home to you too! Free to take advantage of the gym, pool, and gourmet kitchen! You would be sharing a bathroom, however there is a full spare bathroom downstairs so there should never be a “scheduling” issue!

We are a married gay couple in our early 30’s, and we live with another roommate of 10+ years! Room is recently vacant after 4 years with previous roommate. We mostly keep to ourselves during the week, but it’s not uncommon have friends and family over for dinner a few times a month. We like keeping the house clean and all pitch in to keep it that way, but no one expects anyone to clean up their mess. Its a great home, and we are hoping to find another roommate we all really click with! We have a 14 year old dog, and he unfortunately doesnt get along well with other animals. We do not allow smoking of any kind indoors. We would prefer someone who is looking for a longterm living solution- but are flexible to work with whatever life is throwing at you!
