Spacious room and balcony facing the beach overlooking a canyon. Room has a closet, private bathroom and of course balcony. It gets a lot of sun during the day too. Also comes with the garage! The garage has tons of storage and I have plenty of room for your furniture too. The apartment is considered a townhome, 2 floors 2 master bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total! Balcony of the living room and new roommates room! The living room has a large kitchen, closet and guest bathroom. The complex has amazing views all the way around, gated and hidden at the end of a street. The community is amazing as well. Comes with a pool and gym as well.
