Single, 40 years old, white male. I am the only occupant at this time. I need someone reliable and trustworthy that will respect my property and clean up after themselves and pays rent on time. I am not desperate to rent the room to anyone and will insure that whoever rents the room will be the right fit. Ideal renter would be a single person but open to couples.
