Chloe's room

We live in a newly development neighborhood on the East end of Heber. It’s a nice safe and quiet neighborhood, lots of families and retirees. The room is on the second floor and is furnished but if you have your own furniture we can remove what is there currently, we are flexible on that. The room is 10x12 and the private bathroom is right outside of the bedroom, the extra closet space is also right across from room as well, all 3 spaces shown in a picture listed.

Shared spaces: Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry room, upstairs and downstairs living room and backyard. It’s a spacious home with a large backyard.

My Husband Nathan (27) and I (24), recently married and are looking for a responsible roommate to share our space with.

We are both fun and easy going but also are respectful of private spaces. We have had roommates at this location and it went great. We enjoy going to the local breweries and the outdoors. My husband has a blue collar job and I work on main street in Park City.

We are only 12 miles from Park City. If you have a seasonal job that might work out great.

We normally have our room for rent at $1,000 but lowered it for the summer.

We have a medium size dog (4yrs old) and 2 indoor cats, so you must be comfortable/good with animals. Unfortunately we can’t invite anymore pets into the home at this moment.
