Spacious master bedroom, in a three bedroom apartment, with a walk in closet and private bath within the room. Good amount of space between the rooms, so plenty of privacy. Recent move in so common spaces are relatively furnished. Utilities, most household supplies, and a couple of food staples (Things like olive oil that would afford us some extra counter space!) included with rent. I’ll also take care of cleaning most of common areas! Pets are not allowed on the property unless they are an ESA or service animal. Application through property management will be required. Minimum of a three month stay unless you’re willing to cover the lease exiting fee ($400). Otherwise, I will split that cost given you decide to move on after that.

Just myself and a sweetheart of a Great Pyr. Pretty quiet, clean, and I spend much of my time working lately. Relaxing and enjoying a show, movie, book or meal when at home…with the occasional drink and cigar in the backyard. Hoping to find a roommate that is responsible and enjoyable in passing.
