We live in a pretty area of west Sacramento called Southport. Its a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Me and my bf have the masterbedroom. You would have the other bedroom with the bathroom across the hall. We aren’t accepting pets because we already have my own.

We aren’t accepting pets because we already have my own. We have 1 GSD, 1 doodle, & 1 little dog. All are decently trained. The small dog sleeps all day with us or on the couch. The other 2 dogs are playfull and lovable and usally sleeping in our room or playing with toys. I have 4 senior friendly cats also. They sleep all day in my room or around the house. They dont need to be allowed in you room, that’s your space. I know it sounds like a lot of animals but i promise you really don’t notice the cats (except my deaf one meows very loud when he wants something). So obviously being ok with pets around the house is a must but more importantly being nice to our animals is nonnegotional. Im a vet tech & my bf does IT stuff. I work till 6pm everyday so im gone most of 4 days out the week. No super loud people, no smoking weed in apartment complex bc that will get us kicked out. We will split rent, PGE, & wifi. We have washer and dryers. We have a decent sized kitchen. Me and my bf are looking for houses to move into so i wouldnt say make this your home for more than 6 months. Once we find a place, we will give you a months notice. feel free to ask any questions!
