A houseshare, we’re going back to the land with computers, 5g. All windows in the house look out into nature. Tile and wood floors. Central heat and air, backed by fans and buck stoves. Rent include respectful access to garden space and acres of wooded sanctuary within blocks of Krogers, restaurants, banks, and drugstores, 15 to 20 minutes from airport and downtown. Dogs? It definitely depends on the dog. Sorry no cats. We’re a bird sanctuary.

The community is the owners (one of us grew up here, both are land stewards) plus so far rooms for four. People who live here enjoy their privacy, respect the privacy of others, and are friendly when they meet in the kitchen, living rooms or out by the bonfire pit.
