South Sycamore Avenue

Hello! I’m looking for a new female &/or queer roommate in my 2 bed/ 1 bath apartment located in West Adams outside of Culver City. Starting Jan 1, with the option to move in earlier.

The room you’ll have has two windows and a closet. The apartment is the top floor of a back house with the landlord living in the front house (which is great if we have any problems, she is quick to solve it).

Apt includes: laundry at the back of the house, dishwasher, central heating, balcony, large sunny windows, vintage 50s stove, shared hallway closet, my personal projector which I am happy to share. Parking is street only but in this residential neighborhood it’s easy to find a spot.

The neighborhood is West Adams and the apartment is located close to Adams Blvd. It’s a very cute and walkable neighborhood with places to eat in walking distance and lots of palm trees scattered around. There was recently a Dia de los Muertos festival and its a very peaceful close-knit community! There is new restaurants and shops popping up constantly.

About me: I’m a 27 year old designer working at an ad agency from home, so I tend to be at the house a lot. I love art, cooking, and plants! I also like to go out to museums, get drinks, go to festivals and concerts.

I’m an easygoing person and don’t mind you having friends over as I’ll be doing the same. I tend to keep gatherings a bit smaller but open to family dinners or similar events. I enjoy doing crafts, cooking together, watching tv. I’m open to being your friend or we can also just be roommates. Fine with either :)

I’d love to be able to communicate expectations around chores and cleaning, communication is key and keeping an open dialogue will be better for everyone.
