Located in the exclusive golf and country club gated community of Santaluz. The community is beautiful and has several walking paths and hiking trails. The primary home is occupied by a female, and the ideal candidate is female (as a woman, it just feels safer having a female vs. a male). The former tenant was a female and a family friend and she unfortunately had to move due to a new job offer.

The casita has a private entry with a key lock and is detached from the primary home. Please note, that all home amenities are available and welcome for the tenant’s use. I live in a beautiful 6 bedroom home in a private gated community. It is only me in the home, plus my dogs, which have their own designated space and won’t bother the tenant. Tenant is welcome to use all home amenities, including the loggia courtyard which has cozy lounge furniture and an outdoor fireplace and flat screen tv. I am a workaholic and always on the go! In my free time I like to spend time with my dogs, go visit my grown children, meet friends for dinner, and host dog adoption events throughout San Diego county! I never cook or use the kitchen and eat out or do take out for 99% of my meals. I usually go out for dinner and drinks on the weekdays after work, with either family or friends or both! I love giving back and am always trying to be of service to others. I also love to take baths, go boating, go for walks, and go shopping. I am a busy bee with a full life. I am young at heart and the majority of my friends are in their 30’s! I am kind and respectful and looking for a tenant/roommate who is the same.
