1st Street

Fully furnished 3bed/2bath condo located in the Hermosa Beach sand section just 4 blocks to the beach. We typically rent the rooms to professionals on short-term work contracts such as traveling nurses. We do not live in the unit. In the past year, the rooms have primarily been rented to women.

The unit is on a quiet, residential street, a two-minute walk to the green belt (walking/running path) that runs from Redondo Beach to Manhattan Beach, 5 min. walk to beach, 15 min. walk to the pier and close to many coffee shops and restaurants. Whole Foods, Trade Joes, Vons, Smart and Final are all within a few minutes of us.

The primary bedroom will be available on January 1, 2024 and has its own bathroom ($2,250). Bedroom 3 is currently available and shares a bathroom. (Bedroom 2 is currently rented to a young male professional through January 31, 2024). All utilities (water, trash, electric) as well as high-speed wi-fi are included.

There is a separate laundry room and two covered carport spaces that we give to the tenants in the Primary Room and Bedroom 2. (If the tenants in the primary or bedroom 2 do not have a car or the room is not rented at the time, the tenant in bedroom 3 is welcome to use the parking space. Otherwise, street parking is available.

Each bedroom has its own lock with key, the front door has pin pad entry, there are TVs in each bedroom, private deck/balcony with BBQ.

Primary Room with en suite bathroom (tenant is moving out December 19) will be available January 1, 2024. Bedroom 3 is available now and Bedroom 2 is occupied by young male professional through January 31.
