About the room
The area is in Little Havana close to downtown and Wynwood right on the river. It is a 3 bedroom apartment. You will have your own room and will share a bathroom with one other roommate. The room does not come furnished and has a walk in closet. I currently fit a queen size bed in there and a big desk. You will also split electricity and Wi-Fi. A parking spot is included in the rent. The building has a pool with a view of the river, a nice huge gym, and a dog park attached to the building.
