Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Delmonico townhomes as soon as possible! Bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Townhome is three levels (including basement) with two living rooms, a back deck, and an in-unit washer and dryer. You would be taking over my portion of the lease until the end of July, at which point you’ll have the option to renew. The available bedroom is on the top floor and has a shared bathroom. Rent is $650 monthly which does not include utilities. Utilities are typically around $50-70 per person. Looking for females only and no pets. Applicants must pass a credit and background check.
There are two other girls in the house - both of them are in their 20’s and are quiet and clean.
