Northeast 90th Street

This is an apartment in Redmond Place apartments, right near downtown. Excellent location, right near the Bella Bottega plaza for restaurants/grocery and within easy walking distance of basically everywhere in downtown. The room is pretty large, with basic furniture left behind by a previous resident. with a walk-in closet and direct access to the shared bathroom. Fully-featured kitchen, with the dishwasher and washer/dryer having recently been replaced.

The leasing center has a pool (closed for the winter) and gym easily accessible.

The current lease lasts until June, but I would not be opposed to extending.

I’m looking to fill a spot left by an old roommate so I don’t have to move.

I’m a fairly quiet person, but would be interested in getting to know a potential roommate! I’m a fresh graduate from Digipen, and have a strong interest in video and tabletop games.
