Apartment is 2bedroom/2bath meaning you get your own bedroom and bathroom. There is a kitchen and living room between our rooms. The living room is currently furnished. The bedroom will NOT be furnished.

Patio for gardening, sunbathing, lounging, BBQ, etc.

One-mile walk/bike ride to the beach/Pacific City.

The building has coin laundry shared with other 3 units. Laundromat and dry cleaning are right around the corner if needed. Garage for storage. Friendly neighbors.

I am looking for a new roommate (future friend) to move in. My current roommate of almost 4 years is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

Seeking a roommate who is courteous, pays on time, stable income, and can clean up after themselves. Must also have a sense of humor.

I have lived here for the past seven years. I work in the personal debt/finance industry while volunteering with the non-profit environmental organization: Surfrider Foundation.

Currently rent is $1050/person a month (expected to go up to $1,150 in 2024) plus utilities (gas, electric, internet, Netflix) which average about $75 a month per person.
