Parking allowed in front of house. Room on 2nd floor with adjoining large loft. Large kitchen guests can use any kitchen items to cook with and are responsible for cleaning including rental room. Guests responsible for laundry detergent, toilet paper, food and any other items used. Sheets, pillows and towels will be provided. Smoking is allowed outside. I have 2 inside dogs that are very sweet. For safety reasons, property is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.

I’m a nursing student with a part-time job. House is usually quiet because I stay to myself but I want guests to feel comfortable with using shared spaces and I want you to feel as if it’s your own space, noise included. Bottom bedroom is listed for rental.
