Safety is a top priority, and we’ve got all the amenities you could ask for – a refreshing pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a tranquil computer room, all conveniently located at the leasing office.

Joining our lease is a breeze, with just a $50 fee to add yourself. The electric bill typically ranges between $60 to $70, and when it comes to rent, it’s a budget-friendly $568 not including utilities.

All three other rooms are filled in and we are looking for one more roomie to occupy the 4th room :). We are all chill gamers and pay our bills.
