Great location in desirable Mequon school district. 2 acre property with single-family home. Quiet street across from 500+ acre nature preserve with great running/hiking trails. The bedroom itself isn’t huge, but you’d basically have the entire basement to yourself. The bathroom is downstairs, right next to the bedroom, and that would be 100% yours (with shower). There’s an additional bedroom in the basement that we’ve used as a playroom, but that could be cleared out if an additional room would be needed, we could talk that through. Included in the rent would be cable, internet, electric, water, heat, streaming platforms (youtube TV, Netflix, etc.), and more.

I’m 35 years old. I’m a full-time working single mom of a 5 year old daughter. We also have one dog who is 15 years old and she’s a small Australian shepherd mix. She rarely barks; she pretty much just sleeps most of the day. I do work from home some days each week, I have a flexible work schedule. My daughter is usually in bed each night by 7:30pm, and she gets ready for school around 6:30am. Drugs are not allowed/not tolerated in the home. Would prefer someone who isn’t going to be up late partying during the week on school nights. No time limit on staying here; open to short term stays. I do have a queen size bed with brand new mattress in it that can stay or I can have that moved out. Must be someone who is financially reliable and most importantly, kind.
