30 Day minimum to stay. Parking allowed in front on house. Room on 1st floor, dedicated bathroom in hallway. Large kitchen guests can use any kitchen items to cook and are responsible for cleaning. Guests will be responsible for laundry detergent, toilet paper, food and any other items used. Sheets, pillows and towels will be provided. There is no tv in room. Smoking is allowed outside. I have 2 inside dogs that are very sweet. For safety reasons, property is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.

I’m a nursing student with 2 very well behaved dogs. I rent out 2 spaces one of which is downstairs and I have another listing for a space upstairs.
