The place is at Lakeview Commons. It includes Wi-fi, electricity, water, access to the Clubhouse pool, and a month-to-month contract.

Your room has a brand-new queen-sized bed and mattress (like the one in the stock picture). We share the restroom with another roommate. Parking is outside (as pictured).
Rent: $800/month and an equal-amount refundable deposit.
The place: A quiet and friendly environment is well appreciated. It is not a “party house.” No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances, as it is cause for dismissal. The chores are shared and taken care of as needed. If interested, please tell us about yourself and how long you plan to stay.
